FOOD INNOVATION FORUM 2024 - Towards Sustainable Food Systems

FFoQSI, Austria's largest competence centre for integrated research from farm to fork, is presenting the two-day congress entitled "Towards Sustainable Food Systems", which covers the entire spectrum from agriculture to food production. The Food Innovation Forum 2024 will provide an up-to-date, concise, and practical overview of the latest findings from science and present new approaches to pressing ethical issues from food waste to meat consumption. New solutions, covering the areas from food hygiene and safety, long known and emerging foodborne pathogens, the spread of spoilage microorganisms, digitalization, climate change, to the spread of invasive plants, will be presented.
