Animal-assisted therapy and animal-assisted supportive measures

The aim of this university course is to give each attendant the qualification as an academically approved therapist for animal-assisted therapy and animal-assisted supportive measures. The attendants learn to work professionally with animals to service humans of all age groups, especially humans with special needs (e.g. sick or disabled people or humans with exhibited conspicuous behavioral traits) in order to improve their quality of life, their well-being and health.

Graduates of this University Course are qualified of having sole responsibility to carry out therapeutic and/or educational as well as healthy beneficial working within institutions or free practices.
